Afton is Potty Training!

Afton decided that she doesn't want to wear diapers anymore.



One day she pulled off her diaper and said, "Potty Mommy! Potty!"

I was quite surprised and asked her if she wanted to go potty on the toilet. "Yes!" she said. So, I took her to the bathroom, set her on the toilet (making sure she didn't fall in) and she WENT! Wow!



So, I guess we are potty training out 22 month old... not by my choice! I did not think she would be even close to ready for potty training for a while. We didn't bring our little potty, or pull ups, or anything!



I did bring some stickers from the PG house (Marvel Super-Hero stickers), and I made a little chart for her to put a sticker in the box each time she goes potty. I also found an adorable little frog-potty for $5 on KSL.com... which Afton LOVES and calls "Ribbit"... and it is pretty cute to see that little naked bum running around the house!...
