We love going to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point, but rarely go because it is $10 per adult and $8 per child... we have actually never even gone when we have had to pay that price because it is just too expensive! Papa and Nana invited the grand kids and Mommy's to the Dinosaur Museum during the 2-Dollar-Tuesdays promotion and we were so excited!
The museum is truly amazing and really fun for kids. We got to see lots of dinosaur bones, play in the sand and dig for bones, dress up like dinosaurs and play with plastic dinosaur toys, and play at the water table and create mountains and valleys... then knock them down!
Afton was so cute and kept pointing up to all the huge dinosaur skeletons saying, "Wow... bones...bones!" She is my little parrot these days. She is learning so many new words it is amazing! She mimics almost everything I say and is really understanding what the words mean. I love to see my children learning and growing up! I think she is definitely ready to be a big sister in 13 weeks!
After we saw everything and played everywhere at the Museum Papa and Nana treated us all to ice cream cones! Thanks for the fun afternoon Papa and Nana!
